用途及適用范圍:
本儀器是按照中華人民共和國(guó)石化行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)SH/T0090《發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻液冰點(diǎn)測(cè)定法》規(guī)定的要求設(shè)計(jì)制造的。用于發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻液及其濃縮液冰點(diǎn)等指標(biāo)的測(cè)定,是一款多用途的全自動(dòng)冰點(diǎn)測(cè)定儀。
該儀器采用工業(yè)計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)控制,儀器操作簡(jiǎn)單,自動(dòng)控制、檢測(cè)、計(jì)算結(jié)果,試驗(yàn)結(jié)束自動(dòng)停機(jī),軟件顯示時(shí)間與溫度曲線。其測(cè)試原理是取試樣75~100ml,注入試管中,試管放入冷浴中進(jìn)行降溫,記錄試樣每分鐘的溫度,畫出時(shí)間-溫度曲線圖。冷卻曲線與結(jié)晶曲線的交點(diǎn)在縱軸上的投影點(diǎn),即是該試樣的冰點(diǎn)。
儀器原理:
發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻液冰點(diǎn)測(cè)定儀由五部分構(gòu)成,包括浴槽制冷系統(tǒng)、浴槽加熱系統(tǒng)、電機(jī)攪拌系統(tǒng)、彩色觸摸屏人機(jī)交互系統(tǒng)和打印機(jī)系統(tǒng)。儀器浴槽采用酒精作為制冷液,采用壓縮機(jī)制冷,并利用雙機(jī)制冷技術(shù),能夠覆蓋所有發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻液的冰點(diǎn),當(dāng)測(cè)量結(jié)束之后,浴槽中自帶的升溫系統(tǒng)可以使之迅速升到常溫(20℃)。
儀器自帶彩色觸摸屏,屏幕可以實(shí)時(shí)顯示試樣的溫度曲線,試樣和浴槽中的溫度,用戶可以實(shí)時(shí)設(shè)置預(yù)期冰點(diǎn),修改儀器時(shí)間,浴槽溫度校準(zhǔn),自檢系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)部分等,內(nèi)置一塊64M的NAND FLAH,可以對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行存儲(chǔ),采用嵌入式系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),用戶可以查看歷史數(shù)據(jù)。

Uses and scope of application:
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the Peoples Republic of China Petrochemical Industry Standard SH / T0090 "Engine Cooling Liquid Freezing Point Determination Method". It is a multi-purpose automatic freezing point measuring instrument for measuring the freezing point of engine coolant and its concentrated liquid.
The instrument is automatically controlled by an industrial computer. The instrument is simple to operate, automatically controls, detects and calculates the results. It automatically stops after the test. The software displays the time and temperature curve. The test principle is to take a sample of 75-100ml, inject it into a test tube, put the test tube in a cold bath to cool down, record the temperature of the sample per minute, and draw a time-temperature curve. The projection of the intersection of the cooling curve and the crystallization curve on the vertical axis is the freezing point of the sample.
Instrument principle:
The engine coolant freezing point tester is composed of five parts, including bath cooling system, bath heating system, motor stirring system, color touch screen human-computer interaction system and printer system. The bath of the instrument uses alcohol as the cooling liquid, the compressor is used for refrigeration, and the dual-machine refrigeration technology is used to cover the freezing point of all engine coolants. After the measurement is completed, the heating system built in the bath can quickly rise to room temperature (20 ° C).
The instrument comes with a color touch screen. The screen can display the temperature curve of the sample, the temperature of the sample and the bath in real time. The user can set the expected freezing point in real time, modify the instrument time, bath temperature calibration, various parts of the self-test system, and a built-in 64M NAND FLAH, which can store the test results, uses an embedded system design, and users can view historical data.
