一、水泥抗壓夾具是根據(jù)我國建材行業(yè)標準JC/T683-1977制造。水泥抗壓夾具是 標準"水泥膠砂強度檢驗方法(ISO法)GB/T17671-1999"設(shè)備。

二、水泥抗壓夾具技術(shù)參數(shù)：
★上、下壓板寬度：40mm±0.1mm

三、水泥抗壓夾具校驗方法：
★目測檢查外觀。水泥抗壓夾具應(yīng)保護清潔，不得碰傷劃痕，應(yīng)有牢固的銘牌。
★上、下壓板應(yīng)為硬質(zhì)鋼材制成，其長度為40±0.1mm，寬度為40mm，厚度>10mm。
★上、下壓板與試件整個接觸表面的平面公差為0.01mm，上、下壓板自由距離>45mm。
★上壓板上的球座A應(yīng)在夾具A軸線與上壓板下表面的交點上，公差為±1mm，上壓板隨著與試件的接觸而自動找平。

四、水泥抗壓夾具結(jié)構(gòu)特點：
主要由下夾具座、上夾具座、標準夾輥、抗劈裂夾具上下壓條組成。下夾具座通過定位銷、墊圈固定在壓力機活塞上，上夾具座通過上支座、菱形銷及壓力機上的定位銷和兩內(nèi)六角螺釘固定在壓力機橫梁上。
Fourth, the structural characteristics of the cement compression fixture:
It is mainly composed of a lower clamp base, an upper clamp base, a standard nip roller, and an upper and a lower bead for anti-cracking jig. The lower clamp seat is fixed on the press piston by positioning pins and washers, and the upper clamp seat is fixed on the press beam by the upper support, diamond pins, and positioning pins on the press and two hexagon screws.
五、水泥抗壓夾具使用注意事項：
★使用前對限位尺寸檢查是否還保持正確位置；
★如果擋銷磨損超差，可以進行打磨修復；如果擋板、插銷、定位錐頭銷磨損超差，可以重新組裝，錯開磨損部位后繼續(xù)使用
V. Precautions for using cement compression fixture:
