三、水泥快速養(yǎng)護箱使用方法：
★箱體安放平穩(wěn)后， 先檢查電器部分有無原件損壞，線路是否接觸良好，插好傳感器和加熱器插頭。設(shè)備必須有可靠接地。
★開箱加水高約60mm。試塊成型后，常溫存放7小時或標(biāo)養(yǎng)3小時，觀察接近終凝時，（根據(jù)水泥成分不同，應(yīng)自行注意觀察，接近終凝時間）隨同試模一起放入箱內(nèi)擱架上。
★ 蓋好箱蓋，插好溫度傳感器，根據(jù)各廠水泥成分不同，設(shè)定溫度和工作時間。
★ 試驗結(jié)束，取出試模放置常溫處，到試塊恢復(fù)常溫時，拆開試模，取出試塊，即可進行抗折、抗壓試驗。
★試驗結(jié)束后，放水并擦干內(nèi)箱。
★ 根據(jù)水泥種類不同，可采用恒溫65-80℃之間進行，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與快速對比試驗10-20次，找出比值或差值，得出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢驗結(jié)果

★ Cover the box, insert the temperature sensor, and set the temperature and working time according to the cement composition of each plant.
★ After the test, remove the test mold and place it at normal temperature. When the test block returns to normal temperature, disassemble the test mold and remove the test block to perform the flexural and compressive test.
★ After the test, drain the water and dry the inner box.
★ Depending on the type of cement, a constant temperature of 65-80 ° C can be used. The standard and rapid comparison tests are performed 10-20 times to find the ratio or difference and obtain the standard inspection result.
四、水泥快速養(yǎng)護箱結(jié)構(gòu)：
箱體由內(nèi)、外箱體和保溫層組成。內(nèi)外箱均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼焊接成型。內(nèi)外層之間填充有優(yōu)質(zhì)保溫層。箱體與箱蓋之間采用水槽密封。
