萬向旋轉傾斜臺采用線性非接觸式光學編碼器作為反饋系統(tǒng),使得位置控制高達亞納米級分辨率。
萬向旋轉傾斜臺采用自然老化鋁合金確保了萬向節(jié)臺高溫穩(wěn)定性和輕巧性,以及優(yōu)良的長周期運動,導軌系統(tǒng)不會發(fā)生漂移。
