使用特性
APPLICATION PROPERTIES
1、額定電壓符合相關(guān)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定。
2、PVC絕緣隔氧層電纜長(zhǎng)期工作溫度不超過70℃,XLPE絕緣隔氧層電纜長(zhǎng)期工作溫度不超過90℃。
3、電纜在敷設(shè)時(shí)的環(huán)境溫度不低于0℃,彎曲半徑不小于電纜外徑15倍。
1 ) Rated voltages comply with the requirements specified in relevant standard.
2) The permanent service temperature for PVC-insulated oxygen-segregated cables shall not exceed 70℃; the permanent servicetemperature for XLPE-insulated oxygen-segregated cables shallnot exceed 90℃.
3) In laying the cables, the ambient temperature shall not be lowerthan oc; and the minimum bending radius shall not be less than15 times of the cable's outer diameter.

低煙無鹵用“WD""表示,即分別用"無"、"低"漢字的個(gè)拼音字母表示。隔氧層用"G"表示,即用"隔"漢字的個(gè)拼音字母表示。阻燃型用"ZR"表示,即分別用阻"、"燃"漢字的個(gè)拼音字母表示,耐火型用"NH"表示,即分別用"耐"、"火"漢字的個(gè)拼音字母表示。產(chǎn)品代號(hào)用型號(hào)、額定電壓、規(guī)格及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)號(hào)組成

MAJOR PERFORMANCES
1、隔氧層阻燃電纜阻燃特性達(dá)到GB/T18380.3-2001A類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
2、隔氧層耐火電纜耐火特性達(dá)到GB/T19216.21-2003中的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,即在750℃-800℃火焰下燃燒90min在額定電壓下不擊穿。同時(shí)其阻燃特性達(dá)到GB/T18380.3-2001A類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
3、無鹵低煙隔氧層阻燃電纜燃燒時(shí)煙密度(透光率)達(dá)到GB/T17651-1998(等效lEC61034)低煙標(biāo)準(zhǔn),燃燒氣體腐蝕性達(dá)到GB/T17650-1998(等效IEC60754)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。阻燃性能達(dá)到GB/T18380.3-2001A類標(biāo)準(zhǔn),氣體含量符合IEC60754-1標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
4、無鹵低煙隔氧耐火電纜,燃燒時(shí)煙密度(透光率)達(dá)到的GB/T17651-1998(等效IEC61034)低煙標(biāo)準(zhǔn),燃燒氣體腐蝕性達(dá)到IEC60754-2 IEC60754-2《用測(cè)量pH值和導(dǎo)電來測(cè)量氣體酸度的方法》PH≥4.3,導(dǎo)電率≤10us/mm,及IEC60754-1《鹵素氣體量的測(cè)量》,氣體含量≤5mg/g,耐火特性達(dá)到GB/T19216.21-2003的要求。5、所有型號(hào)電纜能經(jīng)受相應(yīng)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的電壓試驗(yàn)5min不擊穿。
6、除有上述特性外,其它性能分別符合GB/T12706-2002、GB9330-1988、Q/321084 KXD04-2008標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
1.The fire retardant performance of the oxygen-segregated fire retardant cables has reached the requirements specified inGB/T18380-2001A.
2.The fire resistant performance of the oxygen-segregated layerhas reached the requirements specified in GB/T19216.21-2003,namely, after burning for 90 minutes in fire of 750℃~800℃, thecable has no breakdown under rated voltage. Meanwhile, thefire retardant performance has reached the requirements speci-fied in GB/T18380.3-2001A.
3.In the burning of halogen-free, low-smoke, oxygen-segregatedfire retardant cables, the smoke density (light transmission rate)has reached the requirements for low smoke as specified in GB/T17651-1998 (equivalent with IEC61034), the corrosive ness ofthe gas from burning has reached the requirements specified inGB/T17650-1998 (equivalent with IEC60754),the fire retardantperformance has reached the requirements specified in GB/T18380-2001A, and the HCL content complies with the requ-irements specified in lEC60754-1.
4.The smoke density (light transmission rate) of the halogen-freelow-smoke oxygen-segregated fire resistant cables has reachedthe requirements specified in GB/T17651-1998(equivalent withIEC61034); the corrosiveness of the gas from burning has reach-ed the PH≥4.3 with the conductivity ≤10us/mm as specified inIE6OC754-2"Measuring Gas acidity in the Method of MeasuringPH value and Conductivity" and IEC60754-1"Measuring the Hal-ogen Gases""; and the HCL content ≤5mg/g; fire resistant perfo-rmance has reached the requirements specified in GB/T19216.21-2003.
5.No breakdown occurred after cables of all models have undergone 5-minute voltage test.
