Miniblotter
Miniblotter 迷你轉(zhuǎn)漬槽是由 Immunetics 公司所開發(fā)設(shè)計的特殊轉(zhuǎn)漬裝置，利用此迷你轉(zhuǎn)漬槽可在同一張轉(zhuǎn)漬膜上進行多種不同抗體或探針的篩選，常見應(yīng)用包含 Monoclonal antibody screening on western blots、Animal/human serum screening、DNA probe hybridization 等…。搭配適當?shù)恼婵粘闅庋b置使用，可同時進行樣品的清洗及呈色反應(yīng)。
· 具有 20~46 個樣品槽，可在同一張轉(zhuǎn)漬膜上同時進行多種不同抗體或探針的篩選。
· 試劑需求量少，有效檢少抗體、探針用量。

操作流程：
1 將轉(zhuǎn)漬完成的轉(zhuǎn)漬濾膜如右圖所示裝置于 Miniblotter 中。
2 將抗體或探針加入的凹槽內(nèi)于膜上靜置培養(yǎng)。
3 打開真空裝置排出抗體或探針溶液，接著以適當?shù)木彌_液清洗。
4 加入后續(xù)呈色反應(yīng)所需的試劑，如 enzyme conjugated 2nd Ab。
5 打開真空裝置排出反應(yīng)溶液，接著以適當?shù)木彌_液清洗。
6 取出轉(zhuǎn)漬濾膜并以適當?shù)膫蓽y試劑 （直接呈色或化學(xué)冷光試劑） 進行反應(yīng)。
7 讀取實驗結(jié)果。
