一、概述 General description
       本公司生產(chǎn)的自愈式低電壓并聯(lián)電容器，采用目前的鋅鋁復(fù)合金屬化膜，引進(jìn)*進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)工藝、技術(shù)及日本、韓國的*設(shè)備，嚴(yán)格按國標(biāo)GB/T12747-2004及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)IEC60831-1（1996）生產(chǎn)，主要用于低壓電網(wǎng)提高功率因數(shù)，減小無功損耗改善電壓質(zhì)量。

通風(fēng)散熱：設(shè)置兩個(gè)以上的電容器時(shí)，間距＞50mm以上。夏季溫度較高時(shí)應(yīng)采取有效的散熱措施。
Ventilation/heat emission:When more than two capacitors are mounted,the mounting gap shallbe larger than 50mm.Further more,in summer,some effective measuresfor heat emission shall be taken.

1、體積小、重量輕：由于使用金屬化聚薄膜新材料作為介質(zhì)，體積、重量僅為老產(chǎn)品的1/4或1/5。
2、損耗低：實(shí)際損耗角正切值低于0.10%，所以電容自身能耗很低，發(fā)熱小，溫升低，工作壽命長，節(jié)能效果更佳。
3、優(yōu)良的自愈性能：過電壓所造成介質(zhì)局部擊穿能迅速自愈，恢復(fù)正常工作，使可靠性大為提高。
4、安全性：內(nèi)裝自放電電阻和保險(xiǎn)裝置。內(nèi)裝自放電電阻能使電容器上所儲(chǔ)的電能自動(dòng)泄放掉，當(dāng)電容器發(fā)生故障時(shí)，保險(xiǎn)裝置能及時(shí)斷開電源，避免故障的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，確保使用安全。
5、不漏油：本電容器采用*的半固體環(huán)保型浸漬劑，滴熔點(diǎn)高于70℃，在使用過程中不漏油，避免了環(huán)境污染，電容器也不會(huì)因漏油而失效。
