1.材料特性和用途簡(jiǎn)介： 
(1). 哈氏C-276 UNS N10276  W.Nr. 2.4668
a. 化學(xué)成分：鎳 57% ，鉻Cr 16%, 鉬16%, 鈷2.5%, 鎢 4%, 鐵 5%, 硅0.08%, 錳 1%, 碳 0.01%, 釩 0.035% 
b. 性能和用途：哈氏C-276 在各種化學(xué)工藝條件下具有非常良好的耐腐蝕性，包括強(qiáng)氧化性介質(zhì)（例氯化鐵，氯化銅，熱腐蝕介質(zhì)（有機(jī)和無(wú)機(jī)物），甲酸，醋酸，醋肝，海水，鹽溶液。由于哈氏C-276具有非常良好耐硫化物和氯離子性能，因而被廣泛由于脫硫系統(tǒng)中燃料氣體設(shè)備中。哈氏C-276具有優(yōu)異的耐點(diǎn)蝕和拉應(yīng)力裂紋腐蝕，它也是少有的耐濕鹽酸和氯化物的材料之一, 在各種濃度的冷硝酸或濃度達(dá)到70%的沸騰硝酸具有優(yōu)異的耐腐蝕性能，具有良好的耐鹽酸和硫酸腐蝕性能及優(yōu)異的耐應(yīng)力腐蝕性能. *zui大工作溫度不超過(guò)1093°, 布氏硬度約210.

a. 化學(xué)成分：鎳 65% ，鉻 1.5%, 鉬28%, 鈷3%, 鎢 3%, 鐵 1.5%, 硅0.18%, 錳 3%, 碳 0.01%, 鈦 0.02% 
b. 性能和用途：哈氏B-3是鎳鉬合金系列中一個(gè)產(chǎn)品和在所有溫度和濃度條件下具有非常優(yōu)異的耐鹽酸的性能。它也能耐硫酸，醋酸，甲酸，鄰酸和其他非氧化性酸。哈氏B-3非常良好的耐點(diǎn)蝕和熱裂紋性能。哈氏B-3適用于哈氏B-2使用場(chǎng)合。哈氏B-2/3不適用鐵鹽和銅鹽介質(zhì)中，因?yàn)樵谶@些介質(zhì)中會(huì)加速哈氏B-2/B-3材料腐蝕. *zui大工作溫度不超過(guò)1093°, 具有優(yōu)異的耐腐蝕性能, 布氏硬度約230.

(3). 鋯702 R60702

a. 鋯702化學(xué)成分：鋯+鉿 99.2% ，鉿4.5%, 鐵 +鉻0.2%, 氧化物0.16%, 氮化物 3%, 碳 0.05% 
b. 性能和用途：鋯具有在所有濃度和溫度條件下具有非常良好的耐鹽酸腐蝕性，在低于70%濃度和所有溫度條件下具有非常良好的耐硫酸腐蝕性。在低于90%濃度和所有溫度條件下硝酸腐蝕速率為0.005mm/每年。鋯在大多數(shù)有機(jī)酸具有良好的耐腐蝕性能，例醋酸，醋肝，枸櫞酸，乳酸，氯化物有機(jī)酸等。鋯是即能用于強(qiáng)酸和強(qiáng)堿化工設(shè)備材料，但不能用于氫氟酸

（4）英科乃爾材料分: 英科600，英科601, 英科625, 英科718, 英科800, 英科825等 
英科乃爾600 UNS 06600  W. Nt. 2.4816 (鎳-鉻-鐵合金)
a. 化學(xué)成分：鎳 72% ，鉻 15%, 銅0.5%, 鎢 3%, 鐵 7%, 硅0.5%, 錳 1%, 碳 0.15% 
b. 性能和用途：英科乃爾600材料具有優(yōu)異耐腐蝕和高溫性能,

鎳鉻合金在高溫條件下具有良好耐氧化性，碳化物介質(zhì). 高鎳成分使其用于耐還原性介質(zhì)和一些有機(jī)物和無(wú)機(jī)物，英科乃爾600具有非常良好的避免氯離子應(yīng)力腐蝕產(chǎn)生裂紋. 英科乃爾600在各種應(yīng)用中溫度從低溫直至 (1095°C)以上. 鑒于英科乃爾600材料在高溫下強(qiáng)度和抗氧化性被廣泛應(yīng)用于加熱器、加工中的脂肪酸泡沫塔和冷凝器, 蒸發(fā)器, 生產(chǎn)鈉硫化物管板和托盤

英科乃爾600具有非常良好的耐硫化物和各種氧化物，英科乃爾600中鉻含量使其在氧化性中純堿耐蝕性優(yōu)異。在強(qiáng)氧化性高溫溶液中，例在硝酸中，其耐腐蝕性是差的。英科乃爾600在多數(shù)中性和堿溶液中其耐蝕性是差的，其具有耐蒸汽混合蒸汽和二氧化碳。

布氏硬度約150.

（5）. 蒙乃爾材料分: 蒙乃爾400, 蒙乃爾500
蒙乃爾400 UNS N04400  W. Nr 2.4360 又稱鎳銅合金
a. 化學(xué)成分：鎳 66%，銅31%, 鐵 2.5%, 硅0.0245%, 錳 2%, 
b. 性能和用途：蒙乃爾400材料具有優(yōu)異耐海水,氫氟酸, 硫酸和堿溶液腐蝕被廣泛應(yīng)用于造船和化工工業(yè). zui大*溫度不高于815°C布氏硬度約120.

Our corporation is an importer submitted the material of Hasloy, Inconel, Monel and Zirconium702/705 etc. and a manufacturer fabricated all types equipment and parts of these special material. These special material have become widely used by the oil and gas, chemical processing industries, phamaceutical, gas desulfurization industries, power, marine and many industries.

3 Performance and used for special material

(1) Hasloy C-276. UNS N10276  W.Nr. 2.4668
a. Chemical composition. Ni 57%, Cr 16%, Mo 16%, Co 2.5%, W 4%, Fe 5%, Si 0.08%, Mn 1%, C 0.01%, V 0.035%
b. Performance. Hasloy C-276 alloy has excellent resistance to wide variety of chemical process environments, including strong oxidizers such as ferric and cupric chlorides, hot contaminated media (organic and inorganic), chlorine, formic and acetic acid, acetic anhydride, and seawater and brine solutions. It’s used in flue gas desulfurization systems because of its excellent resistance to sulfur compounds and chloride ions encountered in most scrubbers, C-276 alloy has excellent resistance to pitting and to stress corrosion cracking. It’s also one of the few material that withstands the corrosive effects of wet chlorine gas, hypochlorite, and chlorine dioxide. Maximum temperature range of 1093°C. Brinell hardness is about 210

(2) Hasloy B-3 UNS N10675
a. Chemical composition. Ni 65%, Cr 1.5%, Mo 28%, Co 3%, W 3%, Fe 1.5%, Si 0.18%, Mn3%, C 0.01%, Ti 0.02%
b. Performance. Hasloy B-3 alloy is an additional member of the nickel-molybdenum family of alloy with excellent resistance to hydrochloric acid at all concentrations and temperatures. It also withstands sulfuric, acetic acid, formic and phosphoric acid, and other non-oxidizing media. B-3 alloy has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion cracking and knife-line and heat –affected zone attack.. B-3 alloy is suitable for use in all applications previously requiring the use of B-2 alloy. B-3/B-2 alloy are not recommended for use in the presence of ferric or cupric salts as these salts may cause rapid corrosion failure. Maximum temperature range of 1093°C. Brinell hardness is about 230

 (3) Zirconium 702（R60702）and Zirconium 705（R60705）
a. Chemical composition. Zr+Ha 99.2%, Ha 4.5%, Iron +Cr 0.2%, Oxgyen 0.16%, Nitrogen 0.025%, C 0.05%
b. Performance. In addition to resisting HCl at all concentrations and at temperatures above the boiling temperature, zirconium and its alloys also have excellent resistance in sulfuric acid at temperatures above boiling and concentrations to 70%. Corrosion rate in nitric acid is less than 1 mil/year at temperatures above boiling and concentrations to 90%. The metals also resist most organics such as acetic acid and acetic anhydride as well as citric, lactic, tartaric, oxalic, tannic, and chlorinated organic acids.
Relatively few metals besides zirconium can be used in chemical processes requiring alternate contact with strong acids and alkalis. However, zirconium has no resistance to hydrofluoric acid and is rapidly attacked, even at very low concentrations.

(4). Inconel classed as: Inconel 600, Inconel 601, Inconel 625 Inconel 718, Inconel 600, Inconel 800HT,  Inconel 825 etc.

Inconel 600 UNS N06600 W.Nr. 2.4816
a. Chemical composition.

Ni 72%, Cr 15%, Cu 0.5%, W 3%, Fe 7%, Si 0.5%, Mn1%, C 0.15%
b. Performance:

INCONEL is a standard engineering material for applications which require resistance to corrosion and heat. The alloy also has excellent mechanical properties and presents the desirable combination of high strength and good workability. The high nickel content gives the alloy resistance to corrosion by many organic and inorganic compounds and also makes it virtually immune to chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking.  The versatility of INCONEL alloy 600 has led to its use in a variety of applications involving temperatures from cryogenic to above 2000°F (1095°C). The alloy is used extensively in the chemical industry for its strength and corrosion resistance. Applications include heaters, stills, bubble towers and condensers for processing of fatty acids; evaporator tubes, tube sheets and flaking trays for the manufacture of sodium sulfide. The alloy's strength and oxidation resistance at high temperatures make it useful for many applications in the heat-treating industry. It is used for retorts, muffles, roller hearths and other furnace components and for heat-treating baskets and trays. Brinell hardness is about 150.

(5). Monel classed as :  Monel 400  Monel 500

Monel 400 UNS N04400  W. Nr 2.4360
a. Chemical composition. Ni 66%, Cu 31%, Fe 2.5%, S 0.024%, Mn2%
b. Performance:

A nickel-copper alloy with high strength and excellent corrosion resistance in a range of media including sea water, hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid and alkalies。It is widely used in many fields, especially marine and chemical processing. Maximum temperature range of 815°C. Brinell hardness is about 120
