產品描述

DAPI溶液(即用型10 μg/ml )即 4’,6-Diamidino-2-phenylindole dihydrochloride (DAPI)，中文名為4’,6-二脒基-2-苯基吲哚。本產品是一種可以穿透細胞膜的DNA鏈藍色熒光染料，DAPI染色常用于細胞凋亡檢測，染色后用熒光顯微鏡觀察或流式細胞儀檢測。DAPI也常用于普通的細胞核染色以及某些特定情況下的雙鏈DNA染色。

DAPI對人體有一定刺激性，請注意適當防護。 
熒光染料都存在淬滅的問題，建議染色后盡量當天完成檢測。 
為減緩熒光淬滅可以使用抗熒光淬滅封片液。

DAPI溶液(即用型10μg/ml )操作步驟儲存條件：
 大部分的試劑產品是比較穩(wěn)定的，只要您嚴格按照產品包裝或者說明書上的儲存條件進行儲存，*可以保證其在有效期內的正常使用。一般常見儲存條件有零下XX攝氏度，2-8攝氏度，常溫等。特別提醒，對于某些酶類制品，如果儲存條件是2-8攝氏度，不要儲存在零下，否則容易失活，對于某些需要嚴格避光，防潮，充氮氣保護的，接觸空氣或者過分暴露非常容易氧化或者受潮變質。
低溫儲存產品，運輸途中冷藏問題：
 對于需要低溫儲存的產品，我們在運輸時候都會采用冷藏包裝，但是部分由于外界氣溫過高，運輸時間較長，對于普通冷藏包裝，途中可能會溫度升高，這些都是沒有問題的，因為這種普通冷藏只適用于那些短期內（2周）高溫依然穩(wěn)定的產品，建議低溫的儲存條件，只是長期儲存時候的條件，您可以放心使用。對于某些特殊的產品，如抗體，我們會采用干冰冷藏包裝，確保全程低溫。公司都對產品性狀進行了嚴格的加速穩(wěn)定測試，行業(yè)經驗豐富。

 您收到貨物后不要自己進行分包，因為分包環(huán)境、包裝材料等因素可能導致分包后的產品變質；如您有特殊包裝要求，請在訂購時候與我們客服代表闡明，當然價格會做適當調整。對于開蓋后，長期未使用的，請務必重新密封好，建議Parafilm封口膜，并按照相應儲存條件使用。如果放置時間過長，超過產品有效期，建議您重新購買，以免影響實驗質量。
