2 x SM buffer售后服務(wù)儲(chǔ)存條件：
 大部分的試劑產(chǎn)品是比較穩(wěn)定的，只要您嚴(yán)格按照產(chǎn)品包裝或者說明書上的儲(chǔ)存條件進(jìn)行儲(chǔ)存，*可以保證其在有效期內(nèi)的正常使用。一般常見儲(chǔ)存條件有零下XX攝氏度，2-8攝氏度，常溫等。特別提醒，對(duì)于某些酶類制品，如果儲(chǔ)存條件是2-8攝氏度，不要儲(chǔ)存在零下，否則容易失活，對(duì)于某些需要嚴(yán)格避光，防潮，充氮?dú)獗Ｗo(hù)的，接觸空氣或者過分暴露非常容易氧化或者受潮變質(zhì)。
低溫儲(chǔ)存產(chǎn)品，運(yùn)輸途中冷藏問題：
 對(duì)于需要低溫儲(chǔ)存的產(chǎn)品，我們?cè)谶\(yùn)輸時(shí)候都會(huì)采用冷藏包裝，但是部分由于外界氣溫過高，運(yùn)輸時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)，對(duì)于普通冷藏包裝，途中可能會(huì)溫度升高，這些都是沒有問題的，因?yàn)檫@種普通冷藏只適用于那些短期內(nèi)（2周）高溫依然穩(wěn)定的產(chǎn)品，建議低溫的儲(chǔ)存條件，只是長(zhǎng)期儲(chǔ)存時(shí)候的條件，您可以放心使用。對(duì)于某些特殊的產(chǎn)品，如抗體，我們會(huì)采用干冰冷藏包裝，確保全程低溫。公司都對(duì)產(chǎn)品性狀進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)格的加速穩(wěn)定測(cè)試，行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富。

Subcellular Location : Nucleus. Cytoplasm. Note=Accumulates in the nucleus in response to DNA damage. 
Tissue Specificity : Expressed in striatal neurons of patients with Huntington disease (at protein level). Brain, kidney, placenta, colon, heart, liver, spleen, skeletal muscle, prostate, thymus and pancreas. Highly expressed in fetal tissue. 
Post-translational modifications : Isoform alpha (but not isoform beta) is sumoylated on Lys-627, which potentiates proteasomal degradation but does not affect transcriptional activity. Phosphorylation by PLK1 and PLK3 inhibits the 2 x SM buffer售后服務(wù)transcription regulator activity and pro-apoptotic function. 
Higher levels of phosphorylation seen in the brain from patients with Huntington disease. 
Polyubiquitinated by RCHY1/PIRH2; leading to its degradation by the proteasome.
