本產(chǎn)品采用Z常用的Bradford法檢測蛋白濃度，該方法測定蛋白濃度不受絕大部分樣品中的化學物質(zhì)的影響，如蛋白還原類物質(zhì)DTT、β-巰基乙醇等。

標液可選配我司MA0067產(chǎn)品。
高濃度的去垢劑會對測定值產(chǎn)生比較大的影響。請確保SDS低于0.01%，Triton X-100低于0.05%，Tween 20, 60, 80低于0.015%。
如果樣品中去垢劑的成分過高建議使用BCA法測定蛋白質(zhì)含量，具體請見我司MA0082產(chǎn)品。
需準備波長為595nm酶標儀或紫外分光光度計1臺。
