麗春紅染色液(10 X)保存運輸產品描述

 麗春紅(Ponceau S)染色液可以用于PVDF膜、硝酸纖維素膜(nitrocellulose membrane)和醋酸纖維素膜(cellulose acetate membrane)上的蛋白的檢測。麗春紅帶負電荷，可以與帶正電荷的氨基酸殘基結合，同時麗春紅也可以與蛋白的非極性區(qū)相結合，從而形成紅色的條帶。

 麗春紅對蛋白的染色是可逆的，染色后可以用蒸餾水，PBS或其它適當溶液洗去。
