產(chǎn)品描述：
單級單吸管道泵，它采用優(yōu)秀水力模型進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)而成，具有高效節(jié)能、噪音低、性能可靠等特點(diǎn)。
適用范圍：
管道泵適用于工業(yè)和城市給排水，高層建筑水塔增壓送水，園林噴灌、消防增壓、遠(yuǎn)距離輸水、暖通空調(diào)冷熱水循環(huán)等。輸送介質(zhì)為清水或物理化學(xué)性能類似于清水的液體，介質(zhì)溫度不高于80℃。管道油泵適用于油田、集油站、煉油廠、海上油田原油輸送、碼頭油輪油類裝卸等，同時也適合于化工、冶金和排灌行業(yè)的使用。輸送介質(zhì)粘度≦720mm2/s、介質(zhì)溫度一般不超過270℃、不含固體顆粒的原油以及其它石油化工產(chǎn)品。
結(jié)構(gòu)說明
泵為立式結(jié)構(gòu)，進(jìn)、出口徑相同，且位于同一中心線上，只要管路能承重，泵可以直接安裝在管路上（管路不能承重需安裝基礎(chǔ)），安裝十分簡便。如采用IP54戶外電機(jī)，泵可置于戶外無須建泵房。泵主要由泵體、泵蓋、葉輪、泵軸（或共電機(jī)軸）、密封環(huán)等零件組成。大多數(shù)泵的葉輪設(shè)有前密封環(huán)、后密封環(huán)（或背葉片），用以平衡軸向力。軸封采用優(yōu)質(zhì)機(jī)械密封，耐高溫、高壓，運(yùn)行壽命長，不滲漏，并設(shè)有機(jī)封冷卻、沖洗孔，確保軸封安全可靠?？筛鶕?jù)不同運(yùn)行條件，選用不同的機(jī)封材料。泵的傳動方式：泵軸通過彈性聯(lián)軸器由電機(jī)直接驅(qū)動（或由電機(jī)加長軸直接驅(qū)動）。選用防爆條塊結(jié)合為DIIBT4的EX防爆電動機(jī)，具有優(yōu)良的防爆性能。
