一、概述:
QX系列汽油辛烷值柴油十六烷值測(cè)定儀,分A、B、C、D、E五種型號(hào),A型為汽油辛烷值測(cè)定儀、B、C、D型簡(jiǎn)稱為汽柴油兩用測(cè)定儀、B型為臺(tái)式結(jié)構(gòu)交流供電、C型為臺(tái)式結(jié)構(gòu)交直流供電、D型為手持式結(jié)構(gòu)直流供電、E型為柴油十六烷值,顯示屏上簡(jiǎn)稱測(cè)定儀,B、C、D三款機(jī)型功能一致。QX系列測(cè)定儀可測(cè)航空汽油、車用汽油、調(diào)合汽油、乙醇汽油、甲醇汽油、車用柴油。是用于機(jī)械化、石油煉化企業(yè)、儲(chǔ)油和調(diào)油單位快速測(cè)定汽油辛烷值和柴油十六烷值的儀器。該儀器采用大屏幕顯示,背燈亮麗柔和,界面字體清晰,具有:操作簡(jiǎn)便、測(cè)定速度快、精度高、范圍廣、功能全等特點(diǎn)。本儀器具有四項(xiàng)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新:1、數(shù)字化技術(shù)???力強(qiáng)、變差小、精密度高;再現(xiàn)性,重復(fù)性好。2、儀器采用自動(dòng)賦值標(biāo)定技術(shù),標(biāo)定程序簡(jiǎn)單,方法科學(xué),標(biāo)定結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確可靠。3、測(cè)定程序采用自動(dòng)回歸技術(shù),以ASTM--CFR試驗(yàn)機(jī)測(cè)定結(jié)果為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),有針對(duì)性的進(jìn)行回歸,提高了測(cè)定精度、擴(kuò)大了測(cè)定范圍。4、對(duì)不同油品通過(guò)予先回歸可做到一鍵測(cè)定,方便客戶使用。四項(xiàng)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新:采用了人性化的設(shè)計(jì)、操作簡(jiǎn)便、提高了儀器的測(cè)定精度,拓展了儀器的使用范圍,展現(xiàn)了儀器的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
二、工作原理:
車用汽油辛烷值測(cè)定儀原理是按國(guó)標(biāo)GB/T5487,使用ASTM—CFR試驗(yàn)機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)的,也是*的。它是在嚴(yán)格試驗(yàn)條件下:以具有可變壓縮比的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)為手段,以參比燃料為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相比較測(cè)定的。QX系列測(cè)定儀是采用測(cè)定油品組分綜合介電常數(shù)的方法測(cè)定的。它是以嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)臄?shù)學(xué)模型為回歸的理論基礎(chǔ),以*的電子測(cè)量技術(shù)為手段,以CFR試驗(yàn)機(jī)測(cè)定結(jié)果為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),有針對(duì)性的進(jìn)行回歸,有針對(duì)性的測(cè)定以保證測(cè)定精度,突破了非物理量無(wú)法量值傳遞的難題,相當(dāng)于CFR試驗(yàn)機(jī)對(duì)QX系列測(cè)定儀的量值傳遞,實(shí)現(xiàn)了與相關(guān)國(guó)標(biāo)接軌。
儀器由微電腦和傳感器組成。傳感器采集到的信號(hào),傳輸?shù)轿㈦娔X輸入端經(jīng)CPU處理后顯示測(cè)定結(jié)果。屏幕顯示(研究法、馬達(dá)法、抗爆指數(shù)),并可存儲(chǔ)、讀取、瀏覽、打印。

The precision was improved and the measuring range was enlarged. 4, the return of different oils can be achieved through a pre-determination, to facilitate customer use. Second, the working principle: motor gasoline octane number tester is based on national standard GB / T5487, using ASTM-CFR test machine to achieve, but also internationally recognized.
