該機(jī)主要是以滑動(dòng)摩擦的形式,在*的點(diǎn)接觸壓力條件下評(píng)定潤(rùn)滑劑的承載能力。包括大無(wú)卡咬負(fù)荷PB、燒結(jié)負(fù)荷PD、綜合磨損值ZMZ等三項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。該機(jī)還可以做潤(rùn)滑劑的長(zhǎng)時(shí)抗磨損試驗(yàn),測(cè)定摩擦系數(shù),記錄摩擦力和溫度曲線(xiàn)。該機(jī)配有高精度測(cè)量裝置,可測(cè)量摩擦副磨斑尺寸,或?qū)崿F(xiàn)摩擦副磨斑的計(jì)算機(jī)屏幕顯示、測(cè)量和記錄。

PSQ1121 Lubricant Friction and Wear Performance Tester (Four Ball Method)
The host computer, control board card, and control software are independently designed and produced by the company and can be equipped with desktops or notebooks to implement data acquisition and processing and test process control. The design of the testing machine host and auxiliary equipment draws on international advanced technology and meets the requirements of national standards, international standards and industry standards. The machine is mainly based on the form of sliding friction and evaluates the bearing capacity of the lubricant under extremely high point contact pressure conditions. Including the maximum no card bite load PB, sintering load PD, comprehensive wear value ZMZ and other three indicators. The machine can also be used as a long-term anti-wear test for lubricants, to determine the friction coefficient, and to record friction and temperature profiles. The machine is equipped with a high-precision measuring device, which can measure the size of the rubbing wear scar, or realize the computer screen display, measurement and recording of friction rubbing spots.
